Gourmet pizza made easy


These home made pizza's are full of flavour and a BIG HIT in my household. They are super quick and easy to make. I hope you enjoy them as much as we do :)

Chorizo, Pumpkin & Feta Pizza


INGREDIENTS

4 Wholemeal pita breads
170 gram can of tomato paste
250 grams of grated mozzarella
1 small red onion
1 punnet of cherry tomatoes
125 grams of shaved leg ham
125 grams of feta
800 grams of butternut pumpkin, peeled and cut into 1cm cubes
2 chorizo, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
150 grams of wattle valley chunky baby spinach with cashew and parmesan
60 grams of rocket salad mix
1 long red chili, sliced thinly

METHOD

Step One: Preheat oven to 200°C. Drizzle with oil and season, toss to combine. Roast for 15 minutes or until tender.


Step Two: Spread tomato paste on pita bread. top with mozzarella, onion, ham, chorizo, cherry tomatoes, pumpkin, chili and feta. bake for 10 minutes or until golden and nice and crispy



Step Three: remove from oven and top with chunky baby spinach with cashew and Parmesan dip and rocket salad mix.



Serves 4 and should take no more than 30 minutes.


Tip: for a delicious vegetarian option make them without the chorizo and ham.
